POLICIES
Payment
Payment is due upon booking and is required to confirm your appointment. Any tentative appointments that have been made without payment are subject to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Payment is accepted in cash or through Zelle/Paypal/Venmo.
Refunds/Reschedules/Cancellations
Refunds will only be issued in very rare circumstances and at my sole discretion. Abuse of refund system will result in the customer being banned from further services.
Reschedules must be planned for as far in advanced as possible and are subject to my availability. Live services cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours (1 day) of the confirmed appointment.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours (3 days) or more from the appointment time to be eligible for full refund. Cancellations made within 24 through 48 hours of the appointment time are only eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows to a scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
